From this speaker at the summit I learned quite a lot. Not only did I learn new things, however, but my mind was opened to a whole new way of thinking about school. One thing that really stuck out to me for some reason was when she was talking about trusting in the Lord. He knows what is best for me, and even brought me to this school so that I could find out those things for myself. The Lord teaches us and guides us as long as we trust in Him. I chose the classes and the major I did because it looked like something I could have fun with. I also think that I was inspired to go in the direction of Communications; I don’t know why, but I have a feeling that I was. I like that the speaker divided her lecture into different points, all of which were informative and useful to me.
